This secured credit card has a no turn-down policy and does not require a credit check, making it a smart solution for some individuals with bad credit. The card does require a minimum $300 deposit, but interest is applied to the deposit. The card also has an annual fee which some applicants may deem too high for their financial situation. There is also a one-time processing fee, and that amount depends on whether or not the applicant wants both a Visa and MasterCard, or just one of the two. There is no credit period for purchases, so card users will expect to pay interest on all their purchases.
