As I need buy in from upper management, I am positioning it as waste and cost savings, with a fabulous side benefit of being good for the environment. It will take a lot of volunteer effort up front to document the current useage of paper, toner, plastic plates, cups, etc, but once we have a baseline to go by, we are planning doing a grass roots campaign to ask employees to bring own coffee cups, use less paper, etc, and see if the costs of these items goes down, thus use and waste goes down. You can also print 2 pages per side (4 pages per sheet), if you have good eyesight... Old printouts and misprints can be re-used for memo paper. Cycling to work is great, i love it!
