They have a whole of dreams and "I reckons" but far too few have established a process by which they can generate the levels of sales that are required to generate adequate profit. A whole lot of words to say, before you mortgage the house, know for sure you can generate the sales. I thoroughly agree with your list.(in fact I’m going to copy it)
